For this practice learning activity, you will complete a sample Mandatory Attendance Verification (MAV), similar to what is posted in ACE courses. This assignment is ungraded, and no one will read your document. It is, however, a great chance to practice in a no-pressure, no-risk setting.
Below is a copy of the directions provided to students before they complete the MAV:
To maintain registration in your course, you must complete the Mandatory Attendance Verification by 11:59 p.m. PT Friday of the first week. If you do not complete the Mandatory Attendance Verification, you will be administratively withdrawn from the course on Monday of the second week.
